• 1 octopus (approx. 1.2 kg, ready to cook)
• 1 onion
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 / 2 red bell pepper
• 10 stalks flat leaf parsley
• 2 tbs olive oil
• 50 ml white wine
• 1 ts cinnamon
• salt, pepper
