• 1½ cups all purpose flour

• ¼ cup vegetable oil

• 3 tbsp whole milk
• 3 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
• ¼ cup frozen raspberries, defrosted and drained
• 1 tbsp Amoretti® Raspberry Artisan
• ½ cup sugar
• ¼ cup demerara sugar
• 2 tbsp flour
• ¼ tsp salt
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter, cold and cubed
