Ingredients

• 3 chicken breasts
• 1/2 chouriço
• 1 large can of white beans
• 1 small can of peeled tomatoes (around 200gr or ml)
• 2 carrots
• 1 onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1/2 cup of white wine
• 5 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1 pinch of cumin powder
• 1 bay leaf
• Chopped parsley (to taste)
• Salt and pepper (to taste)
