• 1 green bell pepper, chopped
• 1 1/2 cups drained cooked pinto beans
• 1 1/2 cups drained whole-kernel corn
• 2/3 cup diced tomatoes
• 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 1 teaspoon salt
• Black pepper to taste
• 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
