- 75g Tahini
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Pinch of salt
- Some Water/ Aquafaba
- A few cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
- A few green olives
- 1/2 onion, in rings
- Some garlic oil
- A handful of rocket salad
