• 1 as needed red chilli, deseeded & chopped
• 1 as needed red onion, chopped
• 1 tbsp. brown sugar
• 1 tbsp. paprika
• 2 tbsp. olive oil
• 2 tbsp. wine
• 2 tbsp. tomato puree
• 250 grams sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
• 3 cloves garlic
• 4 as needed tomatoes, deseeded & chopped
• pinch of salt
• 1 small ginger, peeled & chopped
