- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3/4 cup frozen spinach, thawed and water squeezed out
- 24 oz marinara sauce
- 6 pieces of Borden String Cheese
- 1 ½ cups Borden® Mozzarella Shreds
- 1 tbs parsley for garnish
- 1 tbs Borden® grated parmesan
