- ½ pointed cabbage
- ½ purple pointed cabbage
- 4 dl pearl barley
- 2 red apples
- 1 dl roasted hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
- Dressing:
- 25 g Jakobsens Acacia Honey
- 50 g mustard, preferably coarse-grained
- 10 g olive oil
- 10 g apple cider vinegar
- 20 g apple juice (can be omitted)
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
