• ¾ cup chopped onion
• ¾ cup shredded carrots
• ¾ cup diced celery
• 1 teaspoon basil
• ¼ cup flour
• 3 cups chicken broth
• 4 cups diced potatoes
• 8 ounces Velveeta cheese
• 1 ½ cups milk
• Salt and pepper to taste
• ¼ cup sour cream
