• 3 Tablespoons corn starch
• 1 teaspoon apple spice
• ½ teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• 2 Tablespoons flour
• ½ teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 Tablespoons butter
