Ingredients

• 1 chicken cut in pieces
• 4 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 teaspoon garlic
• 2 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon steers garlic sauce
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon fine chilles
• 1 teaspoon coarse chillies
• 125g butter
• 1 teaspoon garlic
• 1 teaspoon red chillies
• 2 tablespoon tomato puree
• 4 potatoes peel and boil until soft.
• Add 1 teaspoon garlic
• Sprinkle salt and pepper
• Add 2 tablespoon harrisa paste -woolies
