Ingredients

• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 T. chili powder
• 2 cloves garlic, chopped
• Juice of 1 lime
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp oregano, Mexican salsa
• Salt and pepper, sour cream
• 1 bottle beer, flour tortillas
• 6 skinless, boneless chicken
• breasts, cut in 2 inch strips
• Oil, green & red peppers
• Onion, cut in wedges
