Rocky Road Crunch recipe by Sumayah

Ingredients

• 125 g butter
• ½ cup icing sugar
• ½ cup oil
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• ½ cup corn flour
• 2 tp 3 cups flour
• 1. Cream butter and sugar well.
• 2. Add the vanilla ,corn flour and oil ,mix well.
• 3. Add the flour to form a firm dough.
• 4. Shape and bake at 160 for 15 minutes.
• 5. When cold spread melted chocolate over and decorate with topping.

• Chopped almonds
• Chopped Brazil nuts
