Mexican Frittata

Ingredients

• 4 whole eggs
• 1 8- oz. carton of liquid egg whites
• 1 green bell pepper sliced
• 1/2 white onion sliced
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• 1 tomato, diced
• Cumin oregano salt, chili powder to taste (you can also just use a packet of taco seasoning)
