Ingredients

• 1/2 pound radishes, trimmed (1-1/4 cups)
• 3/4 pound seedless cucumber, peeled
• 2 cups well-shaken chilled buttermilk
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. seasoned rice vinegar
• 1/2 tsp. sugar
• Thin slices of cucumber
• Radish, for garnish
