• -3/4 cup caster sugar
• -1/2 cup oil , coconut oil would be great if available
• 2 cups self raising flour , remove 2 tsp
• 2 tsp cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 1/4 cup milk
• zest of 1 unwaxed orange
• 1 tsp vanilla essence or you can use the seeds of 1 pod
