  • 1-1/4 cups water
  • 1 TB dark unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 can chocolate fudge cake icing ~OR~ easy CHOCOLATE GANACHE (recipe below)
  • 1/4 cup clear corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 bag (12 oz) semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
