Ingredients

• 1 cup Butter
• 2 cups Onion chopped
• 2 cups Celery chopped
• 1/4 cup Parsley chopped
• 12 cups Bread cubes dried
• 1 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
• 2 each Eggs well beaten
• 1-1/2 teaspoon Salt
• 1-1/2 teaspoon Sage
• 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
• 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon Marjoram
• 3-1/2 to 4-1/2 cups Chicken broth
• 1 tube Jimmy Dean sausage (sage)
• 1/2 to 1 cup Raisins
• 1 each Apple (optional) diced
