• 2 teaspoon crushed chillie
• 2 teaspoon cumin and corriander powder
• 1 teaspoon gurum masala
• 2 teaspoon salt
• 2 heaped teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 3 tomatoes grated
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste or puree
• 1 teaspoon sugar
