- 1 1/2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 8 large eggs, lightly beaten (at room temperature)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, melted
- 7 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour (see note)
- 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
- Granulated sugar for dusting
