• 2 tablespoons butter, melted

• ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
• ⅛ teaspoon curry powder
• ⅛ teaspoon salt
• ⅛ teaspoon ground red pepper
• ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
• 2 tablespoons maple syrup
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
