Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 ounces water
- 3 1/2 ounces vodka
- 1 1/2 ounces cranberry juice cocktail
- 1 ounce Cointreau
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon rosewater (see note)
- Edible rose petals, for garnish
