Ingredients

• 2 oz (60 ml) tonic water
• Ice cubes
• 4 oz (125 ml) rosé wine
• 2 oz (60 ml) gin
• 2 oz (60 ml) grapefruit juice
• 2 tsp (10 ml) rose syrup or cane syrup
• 1 tsp (5 ml) rose water
• 2 cardamom seeds, crushed
• 1 egg white
• A few edible dried roses
• 2 long pieces grapefruit zest
