• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 can 928 oz) whole plum tomatoes
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 shallots
• 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp sage
• 1/2 cup vodka
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
• Handful of fresh basil leaves
