Ingredients

• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 med onion, chopped
• 1 sm carrots, peeled and finely diced
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes, juices reserved
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 1/2 tube (2.25 oz) Amore Tomato Paste
• 2 tbsp Amore Herb Paste
• 1 cup light cream
• salt and pepper
