- a small handful of sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 red pepper
- 1 eggplant
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cup of green onions
- 2 heaping tbsp of vegan cream cheese
- half an onion (or a small onion)
- 5-6 garlic cloves
- black pepper
- salt
- a pinch of cayenne to taste
