Ingredients

• 3 large eggs
• 2/3 cup (160 gm) milk
• 2/3 cup (95 gm) all-purpose flour
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp apple pie spice
• For the apples
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter
• 2 apples (Granny Smith or Jonathon) peeled and sliced into 1/4" slices
• 1/3 cup (70 gm) brown sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• pinch of salt
• 1/4 cup Diamond of California® Glazed Pecans
• vanilla yogurt, if desired
