Ingredients

• 1 package of La Tortilla Factory tortillas
• 2 cups queso fresco
• 1/4 sliced red onion
• 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
• 1 container of Yucatan Guacamole
• Mole Sauce
• 3 small tomatoes (or 1 big one)
• 1/2 small yellow onion
• 3 garlic cloves
• 5 crackers
• 1/2 cup pre-made Mole
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 4 guajillo chile (stems and seeds removed)
• 5 cups chicken broth
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
