Ingredients

• 3 c frozen hash brown potatoes, defrosted and patted dry
• 1/2 c chopped sweet onion, divided
• 2 tbsp green pepper, chopped
• White pepper Dash
• 1 egg, beaten
• Non-stick cooking spray As Needed
• 1-1/2 c TURKEY HAM, diced
• 1 c Swiss cheese, grated
• 1 c skim milk
• 4 eggs
• 2 tsp prepared mustard
