Ingredients
- 1 cup Community Co Mud Cake, sliced into 2cm slices
- 2x85 g strawberry or raspberry flavoured jelly
- 300 ml Black & Gold Thickened Cream
- 1 punnet fresh strawberries, hulled and cut in half
- 450 g double thick custard
- 200 g marshmallows
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, roughly chopped
- 1 punnet fresh raspberries
- 50 g dark chocolate, shaved or chopped
- 100 g mini marshmallows
- Brownies instead of mud cake would also work.
