• 1 large bulb fennel (thinly sliced)
• 1 large head witlof (Belgian endive) (shredded crosswise)
• 2 red apples
• 100 g radicchio rosso leaves
• 2 tbsp fresh chives (snipped)
• 50 g blue cheese (such as Danish blue, crumbled)
• 2 tbsp tepid water
• 1/3 cup low-fat natural (plain) yogurt
• Freshly ground black pepper
