Name: Jacket Potato Baked Beans
Ingredients: ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ 4 potatoes; Oil; 1 can Ayam Brand™ Tuna Light Flakes in Oil; 1 can Ayam Brand™ Baked Beans; 2 tbsp lemon juice; 2 tbsp mayonnaise; Black pepper; 10g butter; Spring onion; ⁣Diced avocado (optional); ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣Coat the entire potato with oil and wrap each potato in aluminium foil.; Bake the potatoes at 210°C for 45-60 minutes.; In a separate bowl, mix the tuna, lemon juice, mayonnaise and sprinkle some black pepper.; Take the potatoes out of the oven, and cut a cross in the middle.; Place butter, baked beans and tuna inside the potato.; Garnish the top with spring onions and avocado.
