Winter Pea & Lettuce Soup

Ingredients

• 100g butter
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1 big lettuce, finely shredded
• 800g frozen peas or u can use fresh peas also
• 1 tsp garlic
• 900ml vegetable stock
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 150ml cream
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper
