  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest (optional, for extra brightness)
  • Pinch of ground cardamom or cinnamon (optional, for aromatic spice)
  • For the Crisp Oat-Rye Crumble Topping:
  • 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup (50g) rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup (25g) rye flour (or substitute with more all-purpose flour for a milder taste)
  • 1/2 cup (100g) packed light brown sugar
