Beef or Pork - Crockpot Roast Recipe

Ingredients

• 2- 3 Lb. Beef or Pork Roast
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 1 TBS, Vegetable Oil
• 2-3 medium Potatoes
• 1 1/2 Cups baby carrots
• 1 Medium Onion, chopped
• 1/2 - 1 lb. Fresh Mushrooms
• 3-4 Cloves of Garlic, minced
• 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) Italian Dices Tomatoes
• 1 Jar (12 ounce) Home-Style Beef Gravy
• 1/4 cup Red Wine
• 1 TBS. minced fresh Parsley -optional.
