Mary V's Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

• 2 40 oz. Cans Bruce's Yams
• 1/2 cup = 1 stick Butter (Smart Balance) Divided
• 1/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
• 2 tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
• 2 medium Eggs
• 2/3 cup Orange Juice No pulp
• 2 teaspoons Cinnamon Ground
• 1/2 teaspoon Salt
• 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg Ground
• 1/3 cup Flour All Purpose
• 1/4 cup Old Fashioned Oats Uncooked
• 1/3 cup Peans (or Walnuts) Chopped
