DrBBQ's Garlic Butter Steak Sandwiches with Grilled Onions - Dizzy Pig
These simple steak sandwiches are a tasty garlicky treat. I've used a plancha on the grill, but it will work just fine on any hot surface.
Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp butter at room temp
- Dizzy Pig SPG Garlic
- 2 hoagie rolls
- 1 medium yellow onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 strip steaks, about 1/3 pound each
