• Plum Ingredients:
• 400g Louisa Plums
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• ½ tbsp honey
• 2 tsp cornflour mixed with a dash of cold water
• Meringue Ingredients:
• 120g egg white
• 240g sugar
• 50g chopped pecans
