Ingredients

• 3 cups regular flour, with extra for handling
• 1 ½ teaspoon regular salt or 2 teaspoon sea salt
• 1 teaspoon dry active yeast
• 1 ½ cups grated sharp cheddar
• 2 chopped jalapeños with seeds taken out
• 1 ½ cups water warmed to 40°C-43°C
