Lemon Butter Chicken recipe by Sumayah

Ingredients

• 1 chicken washed and drained
• 2 tablespoon garlic flakes
• 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 tablespoon crushed red chillies (powder not fresh)
• 2 tablespoon Worcester sauce
• 3 tablespoon oil
• 2-3 tablespoon Lemon juice
• 2 tablespoon butter
• 3 tablespoon tomato sauce
• 3 tablespoon mayo
• 2 tablespoon mustard sauce
• 3 tablespoon sweet chillie sauce/ any chilli sauce
• Little butter+oil
• Half chopped onion
• 3 colour pepper in strips
• 1-2 tablespoon thill (sesame seeds)
