Lemon Butter Chicken recipe by Sumayah

Ingredients

• 1 chicken washed and drained
• 2 tablespoons garlic flakes
• 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 tablespoons crushed red chillies (powder not fresh)
• 2 tablespoons Worcester sauce
• 3 tablespoons oil
• 2-3 tablespoons Lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
• 3 tablespoons mayo
• 2 tablespoons mustard sauce
• 3 tablespoons sweet chillie sauce/ any chilli sauce
• Little butter+oil
• Half chopped onion
• 3 colour pepper in strips
• 1-2 tablespoons thill (sesame seeds)
