- 20 gr Eis-Perfecto
- 80 gr Perfecto-More
- pinch of salt
- 20g very good vanilla sugar
- 170g sweetened condensed milk
- 460g whole milk 3,5%
- 15g Perfecto Bindemittel
- 15g homemade vanilla paste or a vanilla pod (I used vanilla pod)
- 220g cream 30%
