This makes a mild sauce; if you would like something that will really clear the sinuses, just increase the quantity of grated horseradish!
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1½ tablespoons grated horseradish
- ¼ teaspoon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 120 ml cream, softly whipped
- 2 teaspoons wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- a pinch of freshly ground pepper
