Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole
One of my favorite go-to meals for family dinners is this delicious Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole. It’s a dish that never fails to bring smiles to the table
Ingredients
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 6 strips of bacon (cooked and chopped)
- 1 1/2 cup beef stock
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional, may use less)
- 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup)
- 2 oz shredded mozzarella cheese (1/2 cup)
