- 1 tablespoon BBQ spice
- Little Kashmiri chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon sweet garlic chilli.

- 1 teaspoon BBQ braai (bbq) sauce ( not too much it gets sour)
- Few drops Worcester or soy
