Sweet Sour Chicken Wings recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• Add little butter
• Add the washed wings
• Add 1 full teaspoon ginger garlic paste
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon Adega spice or any chicken spice
• 1 teaspoon crushed red chilli
• 1 teaspoon tumeric
• Little paprika for colour
• Aminas sweet sour marinade / sauce or Wellington's sweet chilli sauce
• Any spur or Jimmy's marinades
• Tomato sauce
• Add honey or brown sugar if you prefer or any sauces that you prefer
• Adjust your chilli and salt taste
