• 150 g grated Nazareth
• 150 g Dixmuda butter
• 50 g Dixmuda butter for the onions
• 1 onion cut into rings
• 1 onion - chopped
• 1 tsp fresh thyme
• 320 g cornflour
• 150 g flour
• 4 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1 tsp pepper
• pinch of salt
• 2 eggs
• 2.5 dl milk
