Apple Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 1 and 1/2 to 2 tablespoons apple cider
• 1 large or 2 small tart apples, peeled and diced
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 4 tablespoons butter
