• 2 large bone-in pork chops (1 1/2 inch thick)
• 5 red potatoes (skin on)
• 1 cup of hatch green chili salsa (mild or medium -your preference)
• 3/4 cup chicken stock
• 2 Tablespoons canola oil
• 1/4 cup yellow onion -diced up
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional -if you prefer spicy)
