• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1/4 cup raspberry flavored liqueur*
• A few drops red food color, if desired

• 1 cup HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Mildly Sweet Chocolate Chips or HERSHEY’S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
